      Job Description & Summary

You’ll focus on engaging the most qualified candidates by building relationships with job seekers and candidates, while understanding the dynamic hiring needs of each business.

      Meaningful work you’ll be part of

      As a FleX Technical Recruiter at the Senior Associate level , you’ ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

      • Source and pre-screen suitable candidates via networking, advertising, subcontractors, and referrals.

      • Conduct interviews and brief candidates on how to prepare for client interviews.

      • Maintain availability records for pre-qualified candidates.

      • Work with local management team to identify and understand clients/targets and relevant market opportunities.

      • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives .

      • Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job boards.

      • Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media.

      • Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.

      • Onboard new Contractors to become fully integrated.

      • Monitor and apply Flex recruiting best practices.

      • Provide analytical and well-documented reports to the rest of the team.

      • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.

      Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve

      • Must be eligible for an Enhanced security clearance.

      • Senior level recruitment experience, with specific success in candidate generation and sourcing, gained from an executive search firm, recruitment agency or in-house environment.

      • Understanding of Federal government procurement practices, proposal process, and contracting vehicles such as; TBIPs, ProServices, SBIPs, and THS.

      • Experience recruiting for technical and functional-based roles.

      • Strong head-hunting and candidate networking background.

      • Demonstrable success in the use of social media as a recruitment tool.

      • Proven track record in creatively sourcing senior & strategic hires.

      • Strong competency and skill set based interviewing skills.

      • Ability to interact with all levels within an organization up to senior leadership.

      • Ability to support multiple clients and manage shifting priorities.

      • Team player with a high sense of urgency.

      • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

      • Ability to work and navigate effectively in a matrix organization/partnership structure.
