  Location: Paola, Kansas

  Shifts:

  • Press Operator: Mon–Thurs, 4:00 PM–2:30 AM (optional Fridays)
  • QA Engineer: Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
  • Production Planner: Flexible (Mon–Thurs 7:00 AM–5:00 PM or Mon–Fri 8:00 AM–5:00 PM)
  • Job Type: Direct Placement

  Open Positions

  Flexographic Press Operator

  • Operate and maintain flexographic narrow web presses
  • Produce high-quality labels for various industries
  • Perform routine maintenance and collaborate with team
  • Requirements:
  • 2+ years of flexo press experience
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and blueprint reading
  • Flexo narrow web experience required

  Quality Assurance Engineer

  • Maintain ISO 9001 & 14001 systems
  • Conduct audits, track non-conformances, and lead improvements
  • Coordinate customer audits and provide compliance documentation
  • Requirements:
  • Experience in quality engineering or management
  • Knowledge of ISO standards, audits, and lean tools
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  Production Planner

  • Manage production schedules and inventory
  • Coordinate materials, tooling, and supply chain needs
  • Support quoting, purchasing, and job creation
  • Requirements:
  • 6+ months in production planning and inventory
  • Proficiency in SAP/ERP and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $59280.00/yr.
