Job Description
- Req#: 277
- Applicant must hold or have held an FAA Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) certificate and have had previous instructing experience.
- Applicant should live in the Phoenix, AZ area or be willing to transfer.
- Previous Part 121 Operation experience required.
- CL-65 Type Rating preferred, but not required.
- Will maintain an organized and orderly classroom and simulator environment.
- Will assure that each student has the material required for the appropriate course or SIM event.
- Present the course material in a positive and professional manner in adherence to GoJet Airlines' approved training program and standard operating procedures.
- Starting rate for this position is an annual salary of $135,000

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Ground/SIM Instructor is a full-time position, reporting to the Manager of Flight Operations Training. They will be knowledgeable of company policies and procedures. Ground/SIM Instructor is hired primarily to teach Initial, Recurrent, and Upgrade Ground School and Simulator Training, but may be assigned other duties as needed. The Ground/SIM Instructor’s primary responsibilities will include the following:
Ground/SIM Instructor has a great influence on trainees. They are therefore considered a representative of Flight Operations Management and are expected to project a positive image and outlook.
