What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Provide care to defined panels of patients in the outpatient clinic setting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to plan and execute patient care
- Establish partnerships with patients and families to improve health status and manage chronic conditions
- Provide patient education across the lifespan, including tailored education based on individual learning styles and needs
- Triage emergent health issues and perform select clinical procedures within the RN scope of licensure

What is Required (Qualifications):

- Completion of an accredited RN program
- Valid Washington State Registered Nurse license
- BLS certificate
- 1+ years RN experience in a primary care, hospital and/or home care setting or comparable social service setting
- Board Certification in applicable specialty areas
