What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Travel extensively to priority properties to achieve specific operational goals
- Manage and motivate on-site teams to ensure optimal performance
- Process applications and re-certifications while maintaining compliance with policies
- Supervise rent collection efforts, including pursuing delinquent accounts and evictions
- Oversee daily operations, including marketing, leasing, and maintenance activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
- Experience in Tax Credit/Affordable Housing (LIHTC, Section 42)
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office and property management software
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff and residents

- Experience in property management with a focus on affordable housing
- Knowledge of fair housing regulations and compliance requirements
- Previous experience in a leadership role within property management
