      As a Floor Plan Auditor within the Dealer Commercial Services business team, you will play an integral part in the overall dealer relationship. Auditors are client facing control specialists who monitor the status of more than $1 billion in floor plan inventory. As a Floor Plan Auditor you will conduct precise inventory audits for all floor plan loan, lease and asset based relationships to verify compliance with JPMC policy and dealer trust. Floor Plan Inventory Auditors are required to perform their daily work in accordance with these procedures as written to ensure compliance with Chase policies and government regulations. Consistent adherence provides critical continuity for our customers. It also assures that each auditor performs their duties and conveys information in a similar manner.

      Job responsibilities

      • Audit all dealership inventory pursuant to bank policy, which includes physically inspecting all dealer vehicles for serial number, excessive wear, damage, location and date of sale
      • Determine purchaser, delivery and funding date, and finance type for all sold inventory
      • Determine location and user of any unseen inventory
      • Verify dealer has an Manufacturer Statement of Origin/Title for any unseen inventory
      • Submit audit results, including your Red Flags and concerns, for review by Audit Manager, credit and sales partners
      • Prepare and review inventory audit summary reports with the dealer contact
      • Maintain working knowledge of current Dealer Commercial Services Floor Plan credit policy and all exceptions to policy

      Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

      • EITHER a related Bachelor's Degree OR three years of either comparable Audit, Inventory Management or Financial Services experience
      • Strong organization and time management skills
      • Professionalism and diplomacy; ability to interact with individuals at senior levels
      • High degree of integrity, honesty, and accountability
      • Excellent customer service skills
      • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
      • Proficient computer skills; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access
      • Adhere to published dress code for this position
      • Ability to Work From Home and use of personal and rental vehicle with Valid driver license and auto insurance.
      • Ability to manage expenses for reimbursement purposes
      • Ability to travel locally on a daily basis and 30% overnight travel
