      OBJECTIVE:
      Provide excellent customer service. Supervise and continuously trains dealers in customer service skills, game protection and policies and procedures. Protect Tribal Assets through effective use of game protection measures and adherence to all Departmental and Casino policies and procedures. Assist in the review and evaluation of dealers. Maintain the operational efficiency of their area.
      TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS:
      Works in the Pit area in a smoking environment. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to work Holidays and Special Events as scheduled. Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate business volume and seasonal needs.
      ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

      1. Always be NICE to fellow staff and players; find every opportunity to offer a friendly smile, wave and greeting
      2. Provides excellent customer service.
      3. Supervise, motivate, train and evaluate dealers to provide excellent customer service.
      4. Ensures that the dealers are implementing the Barona Standards for Magical Service.
      5. Implement the Barona Standards for Magical Service for Floor Supervisors: Smile, Make eye contact, Greet guest verbally, Wish good luck when giving back club card, Wish farewell upon departure.
      6. Must demonstrate the ability to be a team player by working well with co-workers and employees from other departments.
      7. Protects Tribal assets through knowledge and effective use of game protection measures and adherence to Departmental and Casino policies and procedures
      8. Reports to work on time and returns from break on time.
      9. Maintains rating cards for all appropriate players. And effectively maintain table bankrolls and track its contents. 9. Maintains knowledge and training of all regulatory requirements (Title 31, SARC).
      10. Maintains current knowledge of all Casino promotions and services, to provide guests with any needed information.
      11. Ensures all safety standards are met.
      12. Performs other duties as assigned.

      MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
      Knowledge of Table Games operations.
      Public relations, basic math, organization skills, oral and written communications, and supervisory skills.
      Ability to interact with all organizational levels, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, and analyze problems and implement sound and objective solutions, ability to work in a fast paced environment.
      REQUIRED EDUCATION:
      High School Diploma or equivalent
      REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
      Minimum 1 year of table games management experience
      ALTERNATIVE TO MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
      1 year of dealing experience
