The Auto Vehicle Title Clerk works in a team environment to perform clerical and administrative tasks for the dealership Accounting Office. He or she will process titles and all title documents on all new, used, fleet and wholesale vehicles sold and traded within the Automotive Group. The Auto Vehicle Title Clerk performs other data entry and administrative tasks as needed. He or she must maintain strict compliance with all Titling Laws and Filing requirements.
The ideal candidate for this position has at least one year of automotive title experience in an administrative setting. He or she must have strong organizational skills and strong problem solving skills. Candidates must also demonstrate excellent computer skills specifically in Microsoft Excel and Word. Effective written and verbal communication are also required for this position.
