What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Update and maintain group enrollment, billing, and benefit plan information across multiple systems
- Perform monthly account reconciliations and research variances/discrepancies
- Resolve enrollment and billing discrepancies by communicating with internal and external business partners
- Analyze complex inquiries and conduct detailed research to identify root causes and opportunities for improvement
- Communicate effectively via email, chat, and phone with stakeholders and members

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be available to work between 6:00 AM - 5:30 PM (EDT) Mon-Fri, with potential for weekends and shifts past 6:00 PM
- 3+ years of related work experience or equivalent combination of experience and education
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong experience working with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
