What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review members' enrollment or claims history for accuracy
- Utilize call strategy to provide outstanding customer service
- Research and resolve service-related inquiries
- Assist members telephonically with inquiries
- Build collaborative relationships with customers and peers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1 year of customer service experience or equivalent
- High school diploma or equivalent
- High-speed internet with a router that has 2 ports
- Ability to commit to a 12-week fully paid training program with limited absences
- Demonstrated empathy and compassion, exceptional listening and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual in Spanish or Creole
- Previous experience working with a health insurance company
