      Prominent Post Acute Care organization has flexible opportunities for Florida-licensed Regional Medical Directors in all sub-specialties including Cardiology, Pulmonary, Vascular, Wound Care, Nephrology, Neurology, Psychiatry, and Pain Management.

      Using our innovative model combining Nurse practitioners, Telehealth and In persons visits, our physicians are able to lead a collaborative group of clinicians to provide much needed sub specialty care to our post acute care population on a Regional level.

      As a Neurology subspecialty ,our physicians :

      • Serve remotely as a Clinical Knowledge resource to providers in the region

      • Review all clinical documentation and guide medical decision making

      • Complete New patient assessments periodically via Telehealth and In Person

      Flexibility: Our Hybrid model is designed to allow physicians to be able to have the flexibility to choose their own hours and use a combination of Telehealth and in person visits to accommodate their schedule.

      Qualifications and Other Requirements:

      • Medical Degree (MD/DO)

      • Board Certification in one or more of the following specialties: Cardiology, Pulmonary, Vascular Surgery, Wound Care, Nephrology, Neurology, Psychiatry, and Pain Management.

      • Active Florida Physician license in good standing

      • Current DEA Licensure

      • Comfortability with technology and EMR use
