Job Description
- Req#: 25428
- Monitoring SCADA and CCTV to maintain the smooth and efficient flow of the automation, escalating issues directly to Dematic Engineers
- Escalating issues and engaging with stakeholders to resolve them whilst minimizing the operational impact
- Review SCADA data to identify reoccurring mechanical downtime and plans in maintenance with the engineering team
- Support root cause analysis for nonstandard events and the execution of remedial actions to mitigate the risk or re-occurrence
- Navigation of the Blue Yonder (WMS) and Matflo (WCS) systems
- Understand the automation flow
- Understanding Smart Booking
- Must have a customer focused, right first time attitude
Pay Rate: £26,000
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Any 5 from 7 22:00 to 06:00 Nights
