      2025 Philadelphia Flower Show

      "Gardens of Tomorrow" Temporary Staff Positions

      POSITION SUMMARY:

      PHS is looking for energetic, customer-centric team members to help host the nation’s largest and longest-running horticultural event, the PHS Philadelphia Flower Show. The region’s most looked-to gardening attraction will return to the Pennsylvania Convention Center from Saturday March 1st through Sunday March 9th.

      We are looking for pre-show, during-show, and post-show help. Specific needs for the Show include:


      Pre-Show: February 19th – February 28th. We need help with Site Operations assisting the Shows team and Marketplace load-in. These positions require people who can manage a lot of physical activity and walking.

      During Show: March 1st – March 9th. We need to fill positions that require both physical activity and customer-centric team members such as: Bloom Bar Cart, Butterflies Live, Kids Cocoon, Marketplace Load In and Load Out, PHS Store, Potting Parties, Site Operations, and Volunteer Lounge.

      Post-Show: March 10th – March 12th: We need help with site operations assisting the Shows team and Marketplace load-out. These positions require people who can manage a lot of physical activity and walking.

      PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND REQUIREMENTS

      · Heavy lifting, standing for long periods of time, lots of walking.

      · Availability to work early mornings, weekends and evenings.
