Job Description

- Variable hours and shifts available between the hours of 6am-11pm, 7 days/week

Shifts available are designed to work around your schedule this summer.
- Provide overall support for catering and dining areas at the Fluno Center
- Assist with preparation of catering events, dining areas and break stations.
- Event set up and tear downs, set up buffet lines and break stations, refresh food and supplies
- Provide table services as necessary, making menu recommendations, entering orders into POS systems, and collecting payments
- Maintain proper sanitation at all times, report hazardous situations immediately
- Must be enrolled as a student at a college or university
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Customer Service Skills
- Positive attitude
- Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to stand or walk for majority of shift
- Ability to lift 20 pounds and push or pull 100 pound carts
- Able to work in the summer of 2023
