      HX5 is currently seeking a Logistics and Product Manager to support Foreign Military Sales (FMS) efforts for the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center’s Electronic Warfare and Avionics Division (AFLCMC/HBY) at Robins AFB in Warner Robins, Georgia.

      Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

      • Support Program/Product Managers by assisting in planning, organizing, and managing logistics development, production, and deployment in alignment with financial, acquisition, logistics and governing policy requirements.

      • Review, revise, and recommend updates for Integrated Logistics Support Plans (ILSPs), Program Management Plans (PMPs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and other capability and development documents (CDD, CPD, etc).

      • Assist in developing ILS requirements for system readiness and equipment design. Conduct life cycle cost analyses and logistics supportability studies. Provide technical expertise and consultant support for warranty and sustainment efforts.

      • Perform analyses and reporting to support Life Cycle Logistics Management (LCLM) and product support strategies, including Performance Based Logistics (PBL), public-private partnerships, and weapon system sustainment. Develop pre- and post-award documentation and assess depot and contractor logistics performance.

      • Evaluate deliverables, training programs, and cost studies using Life-Cycle Cost Management and Design-to-Cost methodologies. Conduct training courses on ILS, sustainment, and warranty subjects, while assisting in developing instructional systems for logistics education

      Education and Experience:

      Must have the following education and experience:

      • Masters or Doctorate Degree in a related field and ten (10) years’ experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five (5) of which must be in the DoD

      • OR … Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and twelve (12) years’ experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five (5) of which must be in the DoD

      • OR … fifteen (15) years of directly related experience, eight (8) of which must be in the DoD

      Other Position Requirements:

      • Proof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency is a requirement for this position.

      • Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation.

      • Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance by date of hire.

      • Must be able to travel, including air travel.

      • Foreign Military Sales experience preferred
