      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and configure AVEVA (Wonderware) System Platform, InTouch, and MS SQL Server for factory management and control systems
      - Collaborate with Process Engineering on mechanical, electrical, and control integration with the FMS
      - Analyze business problems and provide technical and non-technical solutions
      - Maintain positive relationships between business entities and the Engineering organization
      - Propose and deliver systems and services that add value to the business
      - Enforce CHEP FMS standards with equipment vendors
      - Provide plant support for FMS during various shifts, including weekends and holidays
      - Work across time zones and cultures and attend meetings outside normal working hours
      - Provide remote support for FMS during off-hours, weekends, and holidays
      - Travel approximately 40% of the time

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field
      - 7+ years of experience in manufacturing or utilities environment
      - Minimum 5 years of project experience with AVEVA (Wonderware) System Platform 2020
      - Competency in troubleshooting tools for AVEVA/Wonderware system platform
      - Experience with SQL Server 2017, stored procedures, SQL Reporting Services, and .NET
      - Knowledge of Rockwell PLCs (SLC 500, Micrologix, Compactlogix, Control Logix)
      - Familiarity with Inductive automation Ignition 8.1
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to work in a hands-on start-up environment with challenging schedules
      - Project management and time management skills
      - Problem-solving skills
      - Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
      - Knowledge of server and PC hardware and Windows Server 2019
      - Understanding of Omron and Siemens PLCs programming

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with on-call and remote support
      - Familiarity with basic production manufacturing metrics
      - Additional programming knowledge of Omron and Siemens PLCs
