      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customer accounts, including OEMs, engineering/consulting firms, and end users
      - Organize and host product presentations and technical discussions, both in-person and online
      - Collaborate with the product application and sales support team to create solutions and generate pricing and quotations
      - Provide technical product support and troubleshooting assistance to customers
      - Participate in industry trade events and support Voith marketing activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - A degree in engineering or business from an accredited college or university; technical engineering degree or related experience preferred
      - Experience in product management, application engineering, customer account management, or sales within the mechanical power transmission industry
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams); experience with SalesForce is a plus
      - Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time, primarily within the USA and occasionally to Sweden and Germany
      - Strong communication skills to coordinate with various teams and stakeholders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in mechanical power transmission sales or related fields
      - Familiarity with CRM software, especially SalesForce
      - Demonstrated ability to develop business and sales plans
      - Experience participating in trade events and marketing activities
      - Technical knowledge of rotating mechanical power transmission engineering design
