      JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort & Spa is looking for enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendant to join our fantastic F&B team at the Events outlet on a part time basis.

      You’re a food and beverage enthusiast who really enjoys making others feel at home.       Critical responsibilities:

      • Ensure efficient, friendly and professional service is provided to all guests
      • Warmly welcome & serve our guests
      • Be an expert on the hotel, know it inside and out to ensure our guests receive a dynamic service experience
      • Meet & connect with our guests and give them an experience beyond their expectations
      • Assisting all guests with menu, dietary requirements and recommendations
      • Ensuring accuracy with requests, orders and service delivery
      • Use of POS system
      • Stock ice, glassware and paper supplies.
      • Set up, stock, and maintain work areas
      • Ensuring all service areas are immaculate
      • Promoting safety and support WHS practices

      Successful Candidates will have:

      • Previous experience in food & beverage service, ideally in a hotel environment
      • Responsible Service of Alcohol Competency Card (RSA)
      • Has a positive, can-do attitude
      • Enjoys working in a fast paced environment
      • Barista skills advantageous
      • Beverage knowledge desirable
      • Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
