Job Description
- Req#: 29283
- High School Diploma or GED or blend of education and relevant experience.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks efficiently, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to obtain a Food Handler's Card and a State Issued Alcoholic Beverage License.
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift, perform physically demanding tasks, and lift objects up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in a casino environment, which may include exposure to second-hand smoke and crowd noise.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Take orders from guests in a professional, efficient, and friendly manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, creating a positive experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entire environment.
- Adhere to all alcohol safety standards, including checking identification to verify age.
- Process guest payments accurately and efficiently.
- Respond appropriately to guest requests and communicate these to the appropriate team member.
- Follow safe food handling procedures and provide a safe environment for guests.
Cherokee Casino Fort Gibson is seeking a Food & Beverage Attendant to play a crucial role in providing a positive dining experience for our guests. This position requires a strong focus on customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
