      Food & Beverage Director

      Location: Addison, TX, 75001

      Skills:

      • Overseeing all food and beverage operations
      • Ensuring guest and employee satisfaction
      • Maintaining standards and meeting financial goals
      • Demonstrating knowledge of food and beverage laws and regulations
      • Developing and implementing business plans

      Responsibilities:

      • Oversee all food and beverage outlets and banquet operations
      • Supervise and manage employees
      • Manage all day-to-day operations
      • Understand employee positions well enough to perform duties in employees' absence
      • Utilize interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others
      • Oversee restaurant, lobby bar, banquets, and room service operations
      • Create and nurture a property environment that emphasizes motivation, empowerment, teamwork, and continuous improvement
      • Provide excellent customer service
      • Respond quickly and proactively to guest's concerns
      • Control and manage all financials: Labor, Food and Beverage costs, Supplies
      • Utilize forecasting to determine scheduling
      • Provide guidance and direction to subordinates
      • Conduct performance reviews in a timely manner
      • Promote Guarantee of Fair Treatment and Open Door policies
      • Comply with all corporate Food and Beverage procedures, Specifications, and accounting procedures

      Requirements:

      • 5 years minimum as Food & Beverage Director or Banquet Manager in a high-volume hotel environment
      • Must have a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays
