  Seeking a Shift Supervisor for our Starbucks location within the hotel. Pay starting at $17/hr.

  
  

  Overview:

  The Food & Beverage Supervisor assists in overseeing the food and beverage operations within the hotel to provide good quality service, food and beverage presentation, and guest experience.

  Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Monitorand maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned F&Bareas.
  • Work to understand the knowledge of state liquor regulations,particularly those prohibiting service to minors, intoxicated persons, anddrunk driving.
  • Checkstorage areas for proper supplies, organization, and cleanliness.
  • Supporting the Manager, assisting in ensuring staff has reported to work; document any late or absentemployees.
  • Coordinatebreaks for assigned staff.
  • Inspecttable/set-ups, check for cleanliness, neatness, and agreement with guest'sorder and departmental standards
  • Ensurethat all orders are delivered within designated timelines.
  • Assist intaking guests' orders, following specified procedures, as necessary toensure department standards.
  • Documentpertinent information in the department logbook.
  • Completeall paperwork and closing duties in accordance with departmentalstandards.
  • Reviewstatus of assignments and any follow-up action with the Manager and/oron-coming Supervisor.

  Education and Experience:

  • High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate
  • Prefer 1-2 years experience in an F&B related role
  • Micros and Delphi knowledge is useful, but not required
  • Must have a good understanding of the English language and solid verbal and written communication skills.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.
  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
  • Have or be willing to obtain any appropriate certificates/licenses to meet all compliance standards
