- Monitorand maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned F&Bareas.
- Work to understand the knowledge of state liquor regulations,particularly those prohibiting service to minors, intoxicated persons, anddrunk driving.
- Checkstorage areas for proper supplies, organization, and cleanliness.
- Supporting the Manager, assisting in ensuring staff has reported to work; document any late or absentemployees.
- Coordinatebreaks for assigned staff.
- Inspecttable/set-ups, check for cleanliness, neatness, and agreement with guest'sorder and departmental standards
- Ensurethat all orders are delivered within designated timelines.
- Assist intaking guests' orders, following specified procedures, as necessary toensure department standards.
- Documentpertinent information in the department logbook.
- Completeall paperwork and closing duties in accordance with departmentalstandards.
- Reviewstatus of assignments and any follow-up action with the Manager and/oron-coming Supervisor.
- High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate
- Prefer 1-2 years experience in an F&B related role
- Micros and Delphi knowledge is useful, but not required
- Must have a good understanding of the English language and solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
- Have or be willing to obtain any appropriate certificates/licenses to meet all compliance standards
Seeking a Shift Supervisor for our Starbucks location within the hotel. Pay starting at $17/hr.
Overview:
The Food & Beverage Supervisor assists in overseeing the food and beverage operations within the hotel to provide good quality service, food and beverage presentation, and guest experience.
