      Who are we hiring? The Supervisor, F&B Operations ensures an exceptional guest experience throughout the levels of the MSG Sphere by leading and directing front-line colleagues. The Supervisor collaborates across functions to achieve business results and reacts as needed within a fast paced and dynamic environment. Accountable for daily supervision and leadership of front-line colleagues in F&B outlets such as concessions, suites, clubs, restaurant, and catering; takes ownership of assigned locations and maintains a clean, safe and aesthetically pleasing environment. Manages the content and delivery of pre-shift meetings; communicates event-related information and ensures front-line staff is informed and following event instructions. Addresses customer concerns, feedback and suggestions in a timely and efficient manner, offers recovery solutions and escalates as appropriate. Conducts monthly audits, daily inventory and trains and motivates staff. Participates in meetings as deemed necessary. Collaborates with all colleagues in multiple departments Ensures that front line colleagues are compliant with Company policies and local/state regulations Assesses, evaluates and provides consistent, fair and timely feedback to front-line colleagues through various methods (i.e., coaching, mentoring, one on one). Proactively identifies and recommends solutions to departmental challenges. What do you need to succeed? Minimum of 2-3 years of Food & Beverage supervisory experience Knowledge of Southern Nevada Health Food regulations and proper food handling certifications. Must take and pass TAM (Techniques of Alcohol Management) Nevada training class; adheres to TEAM training guidelines. Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with all levels in the organization in a variety of settings and group sizes. Ideally, you’ll also have: Experience in Point of Sale (POS), purchasing and inventory systems. Comfortable employing sound business judgement to manage conflict and resolve guest concerns with a sense of urgency. SUPERVISION: Front of House staff SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB: Ability to walk/stand for the duration of the shift. Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, have split days off, work weekends and holidays in a 24 X 7 environment. Certifications Alcohol Certification Card Food Handler Safety Training Card - Must be at least 21 years of age and able to serve alcohol in Nevada Why is MSG for me?
