- Maintain a professional appearance at all times, clean and well groomed as per standard.
- Know and adhere to all pertinent company rules, processes and procedures.
- Follow proper procedures in food safety and sanitation.
- Greet all guests in a welcoming and friendly manner.
- Ensure that the area is clean and neat.
- Store and maintain all equipment and supplies in proper fashion.
- Answer all guest questions, or refer to immediate supervisor if necessary.
- Exhibit a good attitude towards guest and fellow employees.
- Operate a POS system and follow proper cash handling procedures.
- Follow food recipes and preparation instructions to ensure food products are prepared with high standards of freshness and appearance.
- Follow preparation instructions and procedures to ensure consistency and quality in all specialty coffee products.
- Expedite orders quickly and efficiently to ensure accuracy and minimal guest wait time.
- Perform any other duties as requested by the supervisor to satisfy the needs of the customer and the Horseshoe Casino.
- Must be able to work various shifts and hours to include holidays and weekends.
Rate Of Pay: $15.00/Per Hour
Status: Full - Time
