Job Description

- Ensure that delivered services are aligned with Rentokil Boecker® food safety manual terms and regulations.
- Design, initiate and implement in a timely manner safe food systems such as ISO 22000, HACCP, QPA, GMP, Kitchen Audits and other.
- Develop food safety manuals for specific clients (ISO, HACCP, GMP or other).
- Conduct courtesy calls and visits.
- Conduct kitchen audits and prepare gap analysis and other relevant reports.
- Organize, provide and deliver of Rentokil Boecker® Food Safety training programs.
- Manage training delivery, evaluation and follow up as needed.
- Handle exams’ process and issue certificates accordingly.
- Maintain data entries and data integrity on Rentokil Boecker® systems.
- Participate in the organization of Public Health events internally and externally.
- Support Sales team by providing them with leads and technical assistance during prospecting phase.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Food Sciences, Environmental Health, Nutrition or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in Food Safety, Quality Assurance, Training or relevant field.
- Proficiency in English is a must.
- Computer Knowledge: Microsoft Office
The Food Safety Consultant designs, initiates and implements Rentokil Boecker® Food Safety systems efficiently to represent the company and attend to clients’ needs by providing high quality services to its clients at all times while guaranteeing Rentokil Boecker® value of Excellence.
