The Food Service Operations Coordinator (FSOC) works under the supervision of the Operations Manager. The FSOC oversees all aspects of the Cafeteria and Jazzman’s Cafes POS systems and MM Hayes Quickcharge Application. Assists with weekly productivity reporting and the preparation of the monthly operations/financial report by compiling and processing financial information for the Food Services and Nutrition Department (Patient Services, Catering, Tower Café, and Jazzman’s Cafés). This position is also responsible for processing Kronos for Jazzman’s Café employees. The Food Service Operations Coordinator assists the Operations Manager with training and scheduling staff for Jazzman’s Cafés and Cafeteria as needed. The Food Service Operations Coordinator also orders items needed for both Jazzman’s Cafes and the Food and Nutrition Department. This position also assumes some of the duties of the Guest Service Coordinator in their absence or as needed.
