- Develop, manage and grow both existing and potential new Regional Chain accounts within specified territory, leveraging the use of key internal systems: Velocity (CRM – AKA Salesforce) and Forge (pricing contract management).
- Velocity – fully leverage the use of CRM tool to modernize route to market via creation of territory management plan and execution, opportunity prospecting, oil contract management and opportunity support requests (R&D, Culinary, Insights, Risk Management, Legal, QA).
- Provide strategic direction to Chain broker selling partners to maximize sales efforts including: developing operating models for account interaction, targeting, new product launch support/execution, communication of pricing, and utilization of agency resources (culinary, test kitchen, etc.).
- Efficiently organize, manage, and facilitate internal resources including Culinary, R&D, QA, Marketing (Category, Customer, Digital), Customer Solutions, and Risk Management/Commodity team to deliver best in class, customized customer solutions.
- Effectively work with internal pricing teams (commodity and value added) to support new product pricing and contract renewals/Forge updates.
- Manage expenses including T&E budget, sample approval, and operator annual marketing event participation.
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience, including 5+ years Foodservice Sales experience is required.
- Ability to travel up to 25% is required.
- Prior sales experience to TX Dairy Queen, Dave & Busters Main Event or CiCis Pizza is desirable.
- Experience selling to chain restaurants is strongly desired.
- Experience using Technomic 1500 is highly preferred.
- Must be a self motivated, team player with strong critical thinking, leadership, communication (both written and oral) and organizational skills
- Must be well versed in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), and comfortable with the review and use of data and insights to guide decision making and customer strategy.
- Familiarity with use of CRM system a plus.

- Salary Base Range of $92,460.65 - $144,461.14*
- Annual bonus (based on the incentive program terms and conditions)
