Responsibilities:
This food service worker position is to work in all areas in kitchen, including pot and porter area as well as in dish room. Ability to interact with patients following the service excellence culture of the hospital. Delivers and picks up patient trays efficiently. Delivers floor supplies to patient units as needed.
Requirements:
Candidate will have High School Diploma or equivalent and be able to read and write English. Ability to work well with kitchen staff and follow directions by Food Service managers. Must be able to work in hot, humid dish room and noisy kitchen. Must be able to stand on feet for entire shift.
Work Schedule: 37.5 hours per week. Rotating days. 11:00am-7:00pm. Must be able to work 2 weekends per month.
