The above reflects the anticipated hourly wage range for this position if hired to work in New Jersey.
The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.
Serve meals to patients in a professional efficient manner explain patients the room service meal ordering process, provide menu based on diet prescription; evaluate patient s capability to utilize room service system, communicate the same with nurse/dietitian to determine when unable to participate.
Job requirement:
High school diploma or equivalent, or two year associate degree preferred,or will need assistance in participation, assist patients with meal order, check that all patients have ordered and received meals, communicate if patient refusing meals; pick up trays post meal and bring trucks back to kitchen deliver nourishments,& check nourishment refrigerators; act as a liaison between patients and Food Nutrition department,
Hospital experience a plus Fluent in English speaking, reading and writing Good communication skills and people friendly
Must be detailed oriented, open and willing to learn
Flexible hours, available holidays weekends
