      Job Title: Food Service Worker

      Job Description

      Candidates will be working in a hospital kitchen, catering to over 700 guests a day. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role requires working in an isolated area and following directions well. The primary duties will involve washing dishes, stocking food, slicing/dicing food, and servicing the dining area.

      • 1.5+ years in the food service industry
      • 1.5+ years of job tenure at previous employers
      • Ability to lift 50lbs and push 100lbs

      Work Environment

      The work environment is a hospital kitchen where candidates will primarily work in the cafeteria. Appearance and general hygiene are very important. Candidates must adhere to a professional dress code, which includes no facial piercings, covering tattoos, and no heavy fragrances. The shifts are either 6:30 AM to 3 PM or 12:30 PM to 9 PM, with rotation working every other weekend.

      Job Type & Location

      This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Austin, Texas.

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $15.75 - $18.50/hr.
