Job Description
FOOT PASSENGER TICKET AGENTS Swartz BaySeasonal
You are a positive, customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast passed customer focused environment. You are responsible for calculating and collecting fares from walk-on passengers. You respond to passenger inquiries; provide schedule and route information; direct passengers; and arrange for passenger assistance as necessary. You carry out revenue procedures using multiple electronic interfaces to process a transaction and ensure ticket booth is stocked with necessary revenue and transaction documents. Qualifications include successful completion of Grade 12. Previous cash handling experience is an asset.
You will be guaranteed a monthly equivalent of 2 scheduled shifts per week until May 31, 2024 and during peak season between June 01 2024 and September 02 2024, 15 shifts per month subject to meeting minimum availability requirements.
