Efficiently coordinate resource, Service Levels, future planning, and revenue targets
Work within the resource team effectively supporting and developing a range of processes to optimise agent performance.
Maximise efficiencies, developing relevant management information (MI) and dashboards that enable continued monitoring of call handler utilisation.
Demonstrate attention to detail and precision of data, reviewing all Business Services customer contact, such as calls, emails, live chat, and social media
Plan and account for future projects and contract mobilisation, whilst maintaining constant contact with stakeholders to highlight areas that may be affected.

As a Forecasting, Planning and MI Analyst you will be an effective, concise and professional communicator with a good understanding of Contact Centre technologies. You’ll bring experience of manual forecasting, the ability to model forecasts derived from historic data and statistics generated from disparate operating platforms, and capable of providing forecasting information to be analysed for potential financial impacts.
The Forecasting, Planning & MI Analyst is accountable for supporting specific Business Services forecasts that take account of all capacity issues for front office (people, systems, and infrastructure) and all changes, both planned and proposed that are to be built into the budget and operational plans for Business Services.
The role is excitingly varied, offering a fast-paced environment in which all aspects of the role holder’s analytical skills will be utilised within Business Services Capacity to help deliver to the centre of excellence ethos in conjunction with the Nuffield Health brand.
