Job Description
Oversee a team of roof mechanics and laborers during installation, repair, or removal projects. Supervise equipment usage, monitor and report progress, and ensure adherence to project specifications. Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations. Must be proficient in EPDM/TPO details. Ability to collaborate effectively with others and lead/help lead crew work on new construction and re-roof projects.

Work Environment
The work involves commercial settings such as hospitals, colleges, corporations, and schools, primarily within the Rochester area and surrounding counties. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with opportunities for overtime.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fairport, New York.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $32.00/hr.
