  7:00 a.m. to completion

  Compensation:

  $20.00 /hour Plus cash tips

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Lead and supervise a team of movers during residential moving projects.
  • Coordination: Coordinate with clients and ensure all moving plans are executed efficiently and according to schedule.
  • Loading and Unloading: Direct the loading and unloading of household goods, ensuring items are handled with care to prevent damage.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all items are packed and transported safely and securely.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any client concerns or inquiries during the moving process.
  • Safety: Enforce safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and your team.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory and ensure accurate tracking of items during the move.
  • Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork and documentation related to each move.
  • Training: Train and mentor new team members to ensure they meet company standards and best practices.

  Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 6 months experience as a moving crew member or similar role.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
  • Physical Fitness: Capable of lifting heavy objects and performing physically demanding tasks.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
  • Detail-Oriented: Attention to detail to ensure items are handled and packed correctly.
