      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Investigate serious and complex matters related to professional conduct and competence
      - Develop case files to prosecutorial and evidentiary standards
      - Assess the need for resolution of investigation files, including practice controls and license revocation
      - Follow procedural and administrative requirements with respect to searches and seizures
      - Contribute to the development of standardized practices and guidelines in investigations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - University degree or equivalent with a professional accounting designation
      - Minimum of five years forensic experience, preferably in a regulatory environment
      - Solid understanding of the Law Society's mandate, legislation, and policies
      - In-depth knowledge of current trends in accounting practices and forensic investigation techniques
      - Computer literacy with specific familiarity with Microsoft OneDrive, SharePoint, and Adobe Pro

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience as a Forensic Auditor in a regulatory environment
      - Knowledge of specialized areas such as real estate, estates, mortgage fraud, and anti-money laundering
