We require Registered (Adult) Nurses / RGNs, or Paramedics with 2 years' post qualification experience, who want to deliver gold standard care and be a proud part of a team who has this vision with a real passion for developing clinical, forensic and wider skills.
A hourly rate of £18.00 per hour based on working two shifts per month on a part time basis. (Averages 21 hours per week).
On top of this, you get a £1,000 completion bonus when you successfully complete 12 months of service.

- Minimum of 2 years post qualification experiencein a patient-facing rolewithin a relevant field (General Practice, Emergency Medicine, Walk in Centres, Substance Misuse Services, Prison Healthcare, Mental Health, or Ambulance Service)as an Adult RN orRegisteredParamedic.
- You will need a current manual driving license with no restrictions to sometimes travel to other custody suites or local hospitals.
- You must have lived in the UK for at least years in order to be considered for this role.

Job summary
Could you work in a niche and sometimes challenging environment? You'll be working alongside the Police in custody suites caring for detainees.
You must have the flexibly work not only in your base Custody suite but across an assigned region in the Police Custody Suites and Force area.
Main duties of the job
The residential short term holding facility can be an energetic place to work, with no two shifts the same. Whilst detained, we provide individuals with all their physical, mental healthcare and wellbeing needs, as well as gather any forensic samples needed by the police to aid their investigations. Making careful records on our computerised systems, you'll be assessing whether people are fit to be detained or released from the facility, administering medications when needed, and working with local Liaison and Diversion teams to address root cause issues that can prevent future crime.
