  About the Roles

  McCain Ballarat is looking for a number of individuals to fill a number of casual positions the McCain Warehouse – Cold Storage. You will be part of a highly engaged team working to achieve daily warehouse targets.

  Other Information

  • Competitive hourly rates.
  • Start immediately.
  • Availability to work across 24-hour/7 day per week shift profile.
  • 3+ years’ experience with counter-balance forklifts.
  • 3+ years’ experience with reach trucks (preferred, not essential)
  • Experience with a Warehouse Management System.
  • Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience working within a fast paced, distribution environment.
  • Experience working in a freezer environment (-18 degrees).
  • Experience with double deep and drive-in racking.

  • Flexibility to perform different roles and be available to work on call.
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to think logically and quickly, sometimes under pressure.
  • Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
