  Job Description:

  Overview:
  The Forklift Operator works with powered equipment to load/unload materials from trucks and/or racking, and transfers product physically and systematically to support production in the department.
  
  Until further notice:

  • Minimum wage $20/hr

  • Additional 10% premium for 2nd Shift and additional 5% premium for 3rd Shift

  • Rogue Team Members eligible to receive Quarterly Bonus

  Responsibilities:

  • Warehousing and storage of all merchandise, supplies, and equipment

  • Responsible for maintaining good housekeeping in work areas

  • Band and wrap outgoing pallets

  • Complete pre-shift inspection to ensure equipment is operating in a safe manner

  • Operator is responsible to replace propane tank as needed, or charge battery at end of shift and as needed

  • Load and unload product into carrier’s vehicles

  • Systematically move products and materials to ensure accurate inventory using iPad or PC

  • Set up material at each line according to the Dozuki for each build

  
  Qualifications:

  • Previous warehouse/distribution experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Must complete and pass the forklift training to operate any equipment

  • Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and carry up to 80 feet

  • Safely operate all powered equipment
