Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Materials Associate responsible for efficiently picking orders using the Voxware system, which operates via a voice-to-pick method. As you complete each order, the system assigns a new order, and once completed, you will report back to the supervisor for further instructions. You will utilize carts and totes for picking, and items may have quantities attached to them. After completing an order, you will proceed to the pack-out area. Candidates can choose to pick using a pick sheet or Voxware. It is essential to lift up to 50lbs throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently pick orders using Voxware system.
• Utilize headset, hand device, and scanner.
• Report to supervisor for new orders upon completion.
• Use carts and totes for picking.
• Accurately manage quantities attached to items.
• Proceed to pack-out area after order completion.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs during shift.

Essential Skills

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Attention to detail to ensure correct items are sent.
• Responsible with good attendance.
• Sense of urgency due to delivery times.
• Willingness to learn new systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ideally, 3 years of previous warehouse experience.
• Preference for candidates with stable job tenure.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
