      Job Summary

      Join our team as a Forklift Operator, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency of our warehouse operations. In this full-time position, you will utilize your skills and expertise to manage the movement of materials, support inventory management, and contribute to a collaborative work environment.

      Primary Duties

      • Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move and stack products within the warehouse.
      • Load and unload materials from trucks and containers, ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety protocols.
      • Conduct routine inspections of forklifts and equipment, reporting any maintenance needs or safety concerns.
      • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing of orders and maintain an organized work area.
      • Assist in inventory management by accurately tracking materials and conducting periodic stock counts.
      • Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
      • Participate in training programs to enhance your skills and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

      Qualifications

      • Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial setting.
      • Strong understanding of safety regulations related to forklift operation and warehouse practices.
      • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
      • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with team members and supervisors.
      • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and professionalism.

      Education / Experience

      High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in forklift operation are a plus. Previous experience in order processing or logistics is desirable to excel in this role.
