Job Description

- Assist with loading and unloading up to 3 trucks per night.
- Pick and stage feedstock for fulfillment orders.
- Break down bulk bundles for customer-specific orders.
- Package materials according to customer requirements.
- Operate a sit-down or side loader forklift to move materials as needed.
- Complete paperwork and SAP work order confirmation for shipping/receiving on the computer.
- Maintain maximum productivity for finished goods creation.
- Perform other duties as assigned, which may change at any time with or without notice.
- 2+ years of experience operating a forklift.
- 1+ year of experience operating a side forklift.
- Basic math skills.
- Basic computer skills and comfort using a computer.
- Physical ability to pass physical requirements exam for vision, hearing, and mobility.
- Minimum 1 year of similar job experience preferred.
- Experience with overhead crane operation (preferred but not necessary).
- Experience with production, inventory, packing, pallet jack, order picking, reach truck, and stand up forklift operations.

Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Forklift Operator to assist with loading and unloading trucks, picking orders, learning to operate an overhead crane, and supporting the Lead. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient handling and staging of materials, packaging to customer specifications, and maintaining high productivity in finished goods creation.

Work Environment
The work environment includes a dress code of jeans and a proper work tee shirt without offensive logos. PPE such as steel toe boots, hard hat, gloves, and cut-resistant sleeves will be provided. The standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 3rd shift (11:30 PM to 8:00 AM). Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, with team lifts or equipment required for anything over 50 pounds.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
