  Hours: 6:00am- 2:30pm
  Location: Rialto, CA
  Duration: 7 months with long-term opportunity!
  
  Summary:
  • Forklift operator is responsible for picking equipment and supplies, including manually shrink pallets, up stack product to maximize each load. at the end of day forklift operator is expected to clean and organized specific are of work.
  • Each candidate is expected to follow all Ricoh safety guidelines and complete 80 hours of training before operating on their own.
  • Must be able to use an RFC Scanner.
  • instructions as directed by the department leads.
  • Physical requirements while picking some equipment and supplies standing and lifting are required.
  • Using Raymond Stand up forklift and Toyota sit down, Order picker.
  • Parking is free and it is assigned to each employee.
  • Work Address: 1920 W Baseline Rd. Rialto California 92376.
  • Dress Code: Please see attached Ricoh dress code
  • Driving: No Driving is required.
  • COVID Requirements: Must follow CA health standards.
  
  
  Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent education required.
  • Selected candidates must have the skills to operate Stand up and sit-down forklift
  • Previous forklift certification for Reach, Dock stocker or Sit down forklift. •RF scanner experience.
  • Must have excellent math, reading comprehension skills and the ability to write legibly Minimum of two years warehouse experience with one year of stand-up (Reach, Dock stocker) forklift experience.
  • Must be physically able to perform assigned tasks that will require significant, walking, standing, bending, reaching and safely lifting up to 50lbs for extended periods of time. Team lift for items over 50lbs.
  • Must have the ability to take direction and complete all work assignments as instructed within established timelines.
  • Must be a team player and have the ability to work and interact with fellow co-workers. High degree of attention to detail and environment to prevent injury to others and property damage; Promoting a safe work environment.
  • Ability to multi-task.
