- Operate forklifts to move materials and products around the facility.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with warehouse associates to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and initiative.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Be prepared to perform various tasks, including lifting and labor, with a 'no job is too small' attitude.
- Handle materials and manage inventory effectively.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently.
- At least 2 years of forklift experience.
- Recent forklift experience with a strong safety record.
- Ability to stand on feet for 10+ hours a day and lift 30+ lbs repeatedly.
- Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- Capability to interpret and understand all work instructions.
- Completion of necessary paperwork related to the position.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
- Experience in production, assembly, order selecting, inventory management, and material handling.
- Ability to lift items overhead repeatedly.

Job Description

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.40 - $17.22/hr.
