- Develop and optimize formulations for liquid cleaners, soaps, detergents, and enzymes.
- Conduct R&D activities to improve existing formulations and create new ones.
- Collaborate with partner companies to understand their formulation needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Assist in identifying and coordinating with manufacturers for scale-up and production.
- Work closely with one technician to execute formulation projects.
- Ensure timely delivery of formulations, typically within 3–5 months.
- Scale up formulations from lab to production scale.
- Troubleshoot and resolve formulation challenges.
- Lead projects independently and contribute effectively in a team environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–6 years of experience in formulation, with a focus on liquid cleaners.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and optimize chemical formulations.
- Strong understanding of chemical properties and interactions.
- Experience with scale-up processes is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving and project leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Hands-on experience with formulating liquid cleaners.
- Self-motivated with minimal supervision required.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Capable of managing multiple projects.

Job Description

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
