  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Supervise and evaluate Lead Clinical Staff (LCS) and Case Managers, providing guidance and support
  - Implement the Collaborative Problem Solving Model and other evidence-based practices
  - Conduct monthly supervisions and complete performance evaluations for staff
  - Assist in the re-licensure process for treatment families and participate in internal audits
  - Serve as a liaison between treatment parents and DSS child caseworkers, coordinating services
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Master’s degree in a human service-related field and active LISW or LPC preferred; or BSW/Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of experience in child welfare and 2 years of supervisory experience
  - Specific knowledge of child welfare systems and ability to facilitate groups and teams
  - Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
  - Strong skills in assessment, behavioral treatment planning, and time management
  - Ability to work independently and manage irregular hours
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience working with family systems, childhood development, and behavior management
  - Knowledge of psychotropic medications and their applications in child welfare
