What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct public relations activities in the communities
- Produce advertising materials for foster care program
- Work with community leaders to promote the organization's mission
- Assist potential foster parents with training requirements and paperwork
- Coordinate training opportunities for foster parents
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in behavioral/social sciences
- 2 years of experience in youth services, child welfare, or foster care recruitment
- Knowledge of foster care rules and services
- Public speaking abilities
- Proficient use of technology
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in out-of-home care services
