      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Recruit, interview, and orient volunteers and foster candidates
      - Provide basic and specialized foster volunteer training through various methods, including webinars
      - Attend events to support foster recruitment and community engagement
      - Assist Program Manager with program expansion and volunteer mentorship
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for daily foster program communication and address foster questions and concerns

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma and 2 years of related experience; some college coursework or a college degree preferred
      - Prior experience in volunteer recruiting and/or volunteer management
      - Experience managing volunteers/staff in an event setting preferred
      - Intermediate computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and social media outlets

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in general recruitment
      - Familiarity with animal welfare programs and practices
      - Strong organizational and communication skills
      - Ability to handle and transport foster animals
