      Permanent

      Location: Edinburgh (typically 2 days in the office per week, 3 from home)

      Salary: A competitive salary from £31,440 – £40,500, depending on the experience you can bring

      An exciting opportunity has arisen for a FP&A Analyst to join our Commercial Finance team. As the FP&A Analyst, you will be responsible for providing analysis and key points of business performance data, clearly explaining the key drivers for our performance and future forecasting.

      As part of this you will:

      • Work alongside the FP&A Senior Analysts in rigorously monitoring business performance against the financial plans.

      • Build a detailed knowledge of our business and the data available; clearly highlighting the key drivers of performance.

      • Work closely with the broader Finance team to ensure consistency of message, accuracy of numbers and ensure single version of the truth.

      • Support the benchmarking of our trading performance against our industry peers and bring external insight to our performance for example market insight, data and trends.

      We’d love to hear from you if you have:

      • Excellent analytical, numerical and data management skills.

      • A curious mind, able to analyse different strands of information and to add insight.

      • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, particularly Microsoft Excel.

      • A good understanding of the key drivers of financial performance.

      • The ability to build collaborative relationships with a variety of stakeholders across the organisation.

      • Excellent communication, presentation and delivery skills.

      • A desire for continuous learning in financial analytics, tools and best practices.
