      We're Hiring: Controller (On-Site) at TE Connectivity – Esztergom, Hungary

      Are you a finance expert with a strategic mindset, ready to play a key role in a global company as a business partner of the plant leadership? TE Connectivity is looking for a talented Controller to join our team in Esztergom and oversee our plant’s financial performance.

      As a Controller, you will:

      Conduct monthly P&L analysis for Sales, Gross Margin, PPV and Manufacturing Variance
      Provide monthly / quarterly B/S analysis for Inventory Revaluation, PFO & NRV
      Assistant in monthly forecast and annual budget preparation
      Provide regular effective and efficient costing analysis for business units with strong accountability
      Set up appropriate working procedures under the corporate guideline to ensure compliance with SOX regulations
      Proactively support business units, facilitate any value-added recommendations and local finance business partner
      Detailed production capacity and resource planning (Monthly)

      What your background should look like:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
      • 4~5 years’ experience or above
      • Proficiency in MS Office
      • Strong accountability, high integrity, teamwork
      • Good logical thinking, detail-oriented and self-motivated
      • Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure
      • Good command of English and Hungarian (written and oral)
