  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Track and analyze operating expenses versus budget/forecast, identifying trends and opportunities for cost optimization
  - Enhance financial models to improve accuracy and functionality
  - Assist in preparing key FP&A deliverables including monthly forecasts and annual budget presentations
  - Collaborate with department heads to build and maintain financial reports
  - Provide financial expertise and analysis for cross-functional projects driving growth and efficiency
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 2+ years of experience in FP&A, finance, or related areas, preferably in a tech or venture-backed startup
  - BA degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  - Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets financial modeling and experience with FP&A forecasting tools
  - Bilingual in Mandarin
