A unique role as Financial Analyst in the FP&A for SG&A and Technology team, where you will lead the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) activities for SG&A, overseeing a global spend of over $6.5 billion.
You will be a trusted advisor providing insights to senior leadership team to influence decision making.

Key Responsibilities
Lead FP&A Activities for SG&A: Oversee and manage a global spend of over $6.5 billion.
Own End-to-End Financial Planning: Responsible for all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for global SG&A scope incl. setting direction for timelines, targets, templates, and overall governance.
Trusted Advisor to Leadership: Deliver insights to the senior leadership team to influence decision-making.
Drive scenario analysis and perform ad-hoc analysis and insights to business based on business needs.
Performance management : Drive accurate, timely and aligned reporting of financial and operational performance indicators. Act as the analytical anchor point for performance reviews and drive follow-up. Drive and project manage ad hoc cost focus initiatives to establish tracking, challenging and follow-up towards senior leadership (FLT & ELT)
Long-term Strategic Business planning: Take lead on SG&A business planning while ensuring close collaboration with senior leadership team, Group FP&A, and Segment Finance teams.
Lead Cross-Functional Projects: Spearhead projects that cross various functions and departments.
Continuous Improvements: Identify and lead initiatives to simplify, standardize, and/or automate processes, reports and analytics tools.
Collaboration: Liaise with our off-shore operations to ensure quality, timeliness and continuous offshoring of transactional tasks and continuously partner with our internal teams to ensure alignment on processes and deliverables.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, both within and outside of the finance department.
Who we are looking for
The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in Business administration or Finance combined with minimum 5-7 years of experience in analytical roles, including but not limited to finance, management reporting, FP&A or strategy consultancy.
You have exceptional logical and analytical capacity, with high attention to detail while maintaining helicopter view.
You have strong stakeholder management skills and proven ability to collaborate across functions, teams, and geographies.
